Aava Riverside is located in the village of Hirvas, about 15 km from the center of Rovaniemi and about 23 km from Santa Claus Village and the airport.

The easiest way to arrive is by car. The accommodation is located right next to the main road and parking is free.

Taxi and local bus services are also options. The nearest bus stop is about 400 meters from the accommodation. Please note, however, that bus services do not run 24 hours a day.

The accommodation includes free parking and the parking area is right next to the mini villas.

Towels and bed linen are included in the accommodation price.

If you have booked your accommodation through our own website, you will receive one free sauna session. Additional sessions can be purchased on site.

If you have booked your accommodation through another website (Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia or Hotels.com), you can book a sauna session for an additional fee.

Our sauna is a traditional Finnish sauna heated by a wood stove. There is a terrace outside where you can cool off between sauna sessions

As a rule, check-in for accommodation is from 4 pm. You will receive a door code via text message to enter your accommodation unit.

If you have problems with entry, you can always call +358 50 3444 333.

Sometimes it is possible that early check-in is possible. In this case, we will send you the door code as soon as the villa is ready after the previous guests.

As soon as you have received a door code via text message that you are welcome to use the accommodation you have booked

Check-out from the accommodation is at 12:00 at the latest. You can inquire on the morning of your departure whether late check-out is possible. For inquiries, call +358 50 3444 333.
